A plain gable roof works for most sheds, but there are situations where a curved profile is either specified by the architect or simply makes more sense functionally — barrel-vault warehousing fronts, canopies, and architectural roof sections all tend to call for it. Crimp curving avoids that problem entirely by bending a single continuous sheet to the required radius, so there are far fewer joints for water to find its way through.

We crimp-curve GI and pre-painted (colour-coated) profiled sheets to your specified radius, and the part that actually matters is maintaining profile integrity through the bend. A sheet that loses its rib definition while being curved doesn't shed water the way it's supposed to, no matter how good the radius looks.
