Not every steel requirement fits neatly into a standard PEB structure package. Fabrication follows the approved general arrangement and fabrication drawings closely — there's no improvising on-site with heavy sections, because the cost of getting it wrong is too high. Weld inspection and dimensional quality checks happen at every stage of the process, not just as a final sign-off, so problems get caught while a section is still in our works rather than after it's already on a truck.
Once a section passes QC, it's shipped ready for bolted or site-welded assembly, with clear reference marks so your erection team isn't cross-referencing three different drawing sets to figure out where a member goes.
